WiFi Phone

WiFi phone is a telephone by wireless system that almost same with a mobile phone but places calls via a combination of voice over IP and WiFi rather than via a cellular network.

Several cellular carriers have created "Dual-mode phones" to compete with WiFi phones, so that can be easily switched between using a proprietary WiFi connection when one is available and a traditional cellular network connection when WiFi is not available.

This is one of Wifi phone for home use, ZIP 4x5 integrates the functions of a switch and router with a business phone, called as "four by five" (four call appearances and five circuits). Four of the circuits connect to an Ethernet LAN or broadband connection, and one circuit provides an analog connection to the PSTN.

Zip 4x5 has simplifies remote connectivity to the corporate network and phone system so the The device can connect directly to a broadband Internet connection such as a DSL or cable modem.

This is Phonecell Nokia N95 with GPS, Wifi, and 5MPx camera they call it Multimedia Computer. The appeareance of N95 looks like PDA but hidden inside is a 5 megapixel auto-focus camera, GPS receiver, HSDPA 3G and WiFi 802.11b/g for data support.
